Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We are conscious you have spent your hard earned money with us, so we want to get your goods to you as quickly as possible!
Orders received up to 11am are processed and dispatched the same working day Monday to Friday 99% of the time.
On exceptionally busy days like Mondays or the Tuesday after a Bank Holiday weekend, we can run out of time and most likely will not make the 11am cut off point.
Sometimes, it's hard to predict the volume of orders we face on a daily basis, so please email or phone if your order is urgent so we can pull it and dispatch that day. We will not see a note left on your order until it's printed and too late.
Orders placed after 11am could still be dispatched the same day, or it will be the following day if we are exceptionally busy.
If you need to put in a late order and are in doubt, please give us a call and we will advise whether we can dispatch on the day or not. We will always do our best to look after you! (Please contact us directly by phone or email, we may not see your note on check out and social media is not monitored throughtout the day)
Please Note: Our couriers collect from us Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) multiple times throughout the day. 16.00pm being the absolute latest!
We do our best to facilitate 'add to orders' or last minute requests. This facility is only avaliable up to 9am.
We may be able to add to your order after this time, but you need to check with us first if it is possible by email or phone. (Facebook messages are not monitored throughout the day) Please do not select 'warehouse pick up' as these orders are only printed at a later time and we will not see your note to 'add to order' until it is too late. If this happens, all we can do if offer a refund or charge additional postage if your order has already been packed.
Please understand we are very busy and work so hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, so even if you have not received a 'dispatched' email, your order could still be packed & already collected by DPD. Sometimes it is not physically possible to search for you order, but we do try if you ask. We appreciate that you may spend alot of money with us, but this happens so many times that it is not feasible to keep sending 'add ons' at a loss to ourselves. Every parcel costs €5.50 and with free delivery on orders over €50, it is just not viable to do this.
All orders are next working day delivery with DPD but please allow up to 2 days in case of unforeseen circumstances. It's rare but if your order does not arrive the next day, please notify us immediately so we can sort it out as quickly as possible for you.
The charge for this courier service is €5.50 regardless of size or weight and is not a special price for next day delivery.
This is a priority service which has a tracking number that will be emailed to you on the evening of dispatch or sent via text message on the day of delivery. You must be there to sign for your goods.
Important! Please Note: Asking for your order to be left at an unsecure location is done so at your own risk. eg. in the porch, behind the bin etc. We do not accept responsibilty if you do not receive your order when you make this request.
There is Free Delivery on all orders over €50 Ireland Only.
All goods listed on the site are in stock and ready to dispatch but there are occasions when we may be out of an item listed. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement item, a refund or send the correct item on at a later date at our expense.
You can also collect your order in person. To do this, you can either place your order as usual online, order over the phone or email us, then select the warehouse pick up option.
You can pay online, over the phone or when you call to collect. You will receive an email as soon as it’s ready for collection in our warehouse in Ballybrit, Galway. You do not have to wait for this email, even if your order is not ready, you can pop in & we will pack it immediately.
You do not have to place your order online if this does not suit you or you do not shop online, simply call in and we will look after you.
We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for whatever reason you would like to return a product, please contact us first by email.
We will accept the return of most products up to 2 weeks after the date you receive your order. (Custom made products like Edible Images & loose cake boards & boxes are exempt from this policy). Please contact us to check if you are unsure.
We will only accept return of goods which remain in original sealed packaging and which are returned in a re-saleable condition. Once the item is received, we will refund the value of the goods immediately.
The customer covers all postage costs. You can return the items yourself or we can organise an uplift with DPD for a charge of €5.50 which we can deduct from the refund to be done.
Important to Note: A delivery charge of €5.50 will be incurred if the original order value goes under €50. The exception is, of course, if the item is faulty or incorrect in which case we will be happy to exchange it at our expense.
Food safety and hygiene is our top priority. We would also like to assure you that all goods are stored and handled in a professional and hygienic manner at all times. For this reason we cannot accept returns of any edible product or any item designed to come into contact with food such as loose cake boards & boxes (pre-packed drums in packs of five can be returned).
We absolutely promise that we only send your goods in perfect condition. Not a single product, cake board with a dent or otherwise will leave our premises unless it's in perfect condition. We appreciate that you have spent your hard earned money with us and deserve to receive your goods in perfect condition. When your parcel leaves us, it passes through several shipping points and is handled approximately 8 times, so damages can occur.
Please email us photos if you've received damaged goods or less than perfect and we will look after you immediately.
The same goes for in the rare occasion you may receive out of date goods.
Important to note: Please check your order fully as soon as it arrives to you as mistakes cannot be rectified after one week of you receiving your order.
We do our absolute best to ensure you always receive your correct order but mistakes can happen. We record all orders being packed on camera so we can get to the bottom of any issues as quickly as possible. If we have made an error, we can immediately offer a refund or send you out the correct items at our expense.
If any item has been damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
We are trying really hard to eliminate as much plastic as possible. We use Bio-Degradable bubble and bags almost always.
We send most orders out with our own double walled card boxes, but we also reuse our suppliers boxes.
We do not put paper invoices in with orders, they are sent by email and are also in your account for you to download anytime to email for your accounts.
