• Ambient: 16-20°C / 61-65°F
• Melting: 43°C / 109.4°F
• Cooling: 26°C / 78.8°F
• Working: 27-28.5°C / 80.6-83.3°F

Dietary Advice: Gluten free.

Advised storage conditions: Store in a dry place. R.H.: max 60%. Between 16 and 20°C.
