Give your buttercream, ice cream and different fillings a delicious flavour with this delicious Lemon Zest flavour from FunCakes.

FunCakes flavour pastes can be added to batter and are suitable to bake with.

They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour paste because this will weaken the strength of the flavour.

The flavour paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: Sugar, lemon peel (33%), water, flavouring, acid: E330, stabiliser: E466, safflower (extract).
