Give your buttercream, ice cream and different fillings a delicious flavour with this delicious Lebkuchen flavour from FunCakes.

FunCakes flavour pastes can be added to batter and are suitable to bake with.

They are perfect for adding a delicious flavour to your batter of sponge cakes or cupcakes. Add the recommend dosage to your batter. If you’re baking with high temperatures (above the 200°C), add some extra flavour paste because this will weaken the strength of the flavour.

The flavour paste can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, water, flavouring, thickener: E406, sugar syrup (caramelized), thickener: E440, acid: E330.
