Saracino Gel Colour - Ivory

High concentration edible gel pigment.

Add the gel to the to product to be coloured. It can be used to colour sugarpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, whipped cream, buttercream & royal icing.

Ingredients: Water, glucose syrup, sugar, thickener: agar; humectant: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; color: Titanium Dioxide, Tartrazine, Allura Red AC, Brilliant blue FCF (Blue 1)
