Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis) is a natural essential oil and is used as a flavouring as well as in aromatherapy for its fresh floral scent and flavour.

When used as a flavour, use sparingly. Essential oils are potent. We recommend dipping a toothpick into the bottle and swirling into your batter or frosting.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)
