Sugarflair Universal Paste Colours - French Rose
These innovative oil based food colours allow you to achieve a consistent colour with buttercream and other products with a high fat content such as ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, fondant, sugarpaste, cream and cake mixes & batters.
We recommend they are used sparingly for best results.
It’s possible to achieve the most delicate of pastel colours by using only a little, whilst adding more gives you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with.
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Humectant: E1520 Propylene Glycol. Thickener: E551 Silica. Colour: E122 Carmoisine.
