One of the most common challenges when making different flavours, especially those based on citruses, is heat stability. Saracino flavours therefore have been developed for a bake safe consistent flavour.

This delicious high concentrate food flavouring is perfect for cakes, ganache, buttercream, macarons, cupcakes, sponges, Ice-creams, yogurt.

Stir before use.

Ingredients: Sugar, banana juice and pulp (30%), glucose syrup, flavours, thickener: pectin (E440); antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300); colours: curcumin (E100), beta-carotenes (E160a).

Allergens: Gluten free. May contain traces of eggs, soybeans, milk and nuts.

Storage precautions: Product must be stored in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.
