This new recipe has been developed to enable ease of covering larger and deeper cakes, while the soft set and sweet vanilla flavour perfectly complements both fruit and sponge cakes.
Can be coloured with a food colouring gel or paste colour.
Instructions: Knead until pliable, and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
