Saracino Gel Colour - Green

High concentration edible gel pigment.

Add the gel to the to product to be coloured. It can be used to colour sugarpaste, modelling paste, marzipan, whipped cream, buttercream & royal icing.

Ingredients: Water, glucose syrup, sugar, thickener: agar; humectant: glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; colours: tartrazine, brilliant blue FCF.

Allergy Advice: Gluten free. Alcohol free. Free from Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Nuts, Milk. Possible cross contamination of Soya Beans.
