Colour Splash Food Colouring Gel - Violet
Our edible Violet gel by Colour Splash is perfect for giving special cakes and pretty decorations a lovely purple effect. This feminine shade is ideal for making beautiful wedding and special occasion cakes or using to colour sugar flower decorations.
To use, simply add a small drop at a time to sugarpaste, icing, buttercream, cake mix, modelling paste, royal icing or marzipan and mix until you achieve the desired shade. Just a small amount of these highly concentrated gels produces instant colour, making them a great long-lasting addition to kitchen cupboards!
The gel’s colour co-ordinated plastic tube is very easy to use and fantastic for cake decorators of all skill levels. The fine nozzle slowly releases the gel for a more precise, controlled application so you can always achieve the perfect shade while keeping any mess or waste to a minimum.
