Use LorAnn's natural coffee baking & flavouring emulsion in any recipe calling for coffee or coffee extract and get more flavourful results!
Perfect for adding rich coffee taste to cakes, cookies, frostings & sweet breads. If substituting for brewed coffee in a recipe, add 1 teaspoon for every 1/2 cup of brewed coffee and increase other liquid by 1/2 cup.
Coffee flavour pairs well with chocolate, bringing out a richer flavour. Add coffee emulsion to chocolate icings such as mocha fudge!
