Sugar Snow is a fine sugar based dusting powder.
It will not dissolve in conditions of high humidity, when frozen & thawed or during chilled & wrapped storage.
It won't melt into baked goods, even if sprinkled when still warm from the oven.
Use to create beautiful edible snow scenes for your Christmas cakes, Cupcakes & Logs!
Other powders such as cinnamon or cocoa powder may be added for a variety of finishes.
Stick to fondant by using edible glue or piping gel.
It can be sprinkled onto fresh cream, ice-cream & fresh berries on your desserts without melting into them.
Use instead of icing sugar to dust donuts, sponges, swiss tarts, flans, choux buns etc.
Very little is required to give an effective long lasting coverage
