We at Stuff 4 Cakes take great care to ensure your personal information is kept private. We store only the minimum amount of information from you necessary to make a transaction. We never store your credit card or laser details. They are handled by the secure servers at either Sagepay or PayPal where the payments are handled. Your personal details will never be passed on to a third party. They are 100% secure.

PayPal provide state-of-the-art technology to allow you to shop with 100% security online. PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers. When you log in to stuff4cakes.ie, we place a small piece of information, a cookie, on your machine. This is necessary so that we can track your shopping cart selections between pages and that we know you are logged in to stuff4cakes.ie.  None of your personal information is stored in this cookie and it is removed from your machine as soon as you logout of the site. You will need to have cookies enabled on your browser in order to use our online shopping service. If you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to use this website.

Confidentiality

 

All orders placed with Stuff 4 Cakes are treated with strictest of confidence and are never discussed or shared with anyone but the person placing the order. Only authorized employees of Stuff 4 Cakes have access to customer information and this will never be shared with a third party.

Our Food Safety Policy

 

Food safety and hygiene is our top priority. We assure you that all goods are stored and handled in a professional and hygienic manner at all times.

For this reason we cannot accept returns of any edible product or any item designed to come into contact with food such as cake boards, even if the item appears to be unopened. The exception is, of course, if the item is faulty or incorrect in which case we will be happy to exchange it at our expense.

Best Before Dates:

We monitor all our incoming deliveries very closesly to ensure we have the absolute best before dates for you, our valued customers.

Our stock moves very fast, so our dates on edible stock are always very good.

We never ever sell out of date stock. On rare occasions if stock is short dated, it will go in the clearance section.

If in the extremely rare occasion you do receive an item that is out of date or short dated due to an oversight on our part, please let us know immediately so we can refund or replace your item.

All prices are shown in Euros and are inclusive of the current rate of Irish Value Added Tax (23%).

Ireland Shipping

 

Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We are conscious you have spent your hard earned money with us, so we want to get your goods to you as quickly as possible!

Orders received up to 3.00pm are guaranteed to be processed and dispatched the same working day Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.00pm could still be dispatched the same day, or it will be the following day if we are exceptionally busy. If you need to put in a late order and are in doubt, please give us a call and we will advise whether we can dispatch on the day or not. We will always do our best to look after you!

Please Note: Our couriers collect from us Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) multiple times throughout the day. 16.15pm being the latest!

We do our best to facilitate add ons for last minute requests. This facility is only avaliable up to 11am. We may be able to add to your order after this time, but you need to check with us first if it is possible by email or phone. (Facebook messages are not monitored throughout the day)  Please do not select 'warehouse pick up' as these orders are only printed at a later time and we will not see your note to 'add to order' until it is too late. If this happens, all we can do if offer a refund or charge additional postage if your order has already been packed. Please understand we are very busy and work so hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, so even if you have not received a 'dispatched' email, your order could still be packed in any one of multiple pallets & even already collected by DPD. It would not be physically possible to search for you order. We appreciate that you may spend alot of money with us, but this happens so many times that it is not feasible to keep sending 'add ons' at a loss to ourselves. Every parcel costs €5.50 and with free delivery on orders over €50, it is just not viable to do this.

All orders are next working day delivery with DPD but please allow up to 2 days in case of unforeseen circumstances. It's rare but if your order does not arrive the next day, please notify us immediately so we can sort it out as quickly as possible for you. The charge for this courier service is €5.50 regardless of size or weight and is not a special price for next day delivery. This is a priority service which has a tracking number that will be emailed to you on the evening of dispatch or sent via text message on the day of delivery. You must be there to sign for your goods.

Important! Please Note: Asking for your order to be left at an unsecure location is done so at your own risk. eg. in the porch, behind the bin etc. We do not accept responsibilty if you do not receive your order when you make this request.

There is Free Delivery on all orders over €50 Ireland Only.

All goods listed on the site are in stock and ready to dispatch but there are occasions when we may be out of an item listed. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement item, a refund or send the correct item on at a later date at our expense.

Returns

 

We will accept the return of most products up to 2 weeks after date of order. (Edible products and custom made products like Edible Images & Backdrops are exempt from this policy).

We will only accept return of goods which remain in original packaging and which are returned in a re-saleable condition. Once the item is received, we will refund the value of the goods. The customer covers all P&P costs.

Important to Note: A delivery charge of €5.50 will be incurred if the original order value goes under €50. The exception is, of course, if the item is faulty or incorrect in which case we will be happy to exchange or refund it at our expense.

Incorrect, missing or faulty items

 

Please check your order fully as soon as it arrives to you. We record all orders on camera being packed so we can get to the bottom of any issues as quickly as possible. We do ask that you double check your parcel when you receive it as mistakes cannot be rectified after one week of you receiving your order.

We do our absolute best to ensure you always receive your correct order but mistakes can happen. If we have sent you the wrong item, we unreservedly apologise for any inconvenience & will do our utmost to rectifiy the mistake as soon as you let us know.

If we have made a mistake, we can immediately offer a refund or send you out the correct item at our expense.

If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, we ask that you provide us with a photo so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Certain products that we stock are packaged in plastic tubs eg. Select Icing, Saracino Modelling Paste, Cake Duchess Modelling Paste etc. We assure you that we only dispatch goods in perfect condition that are prefectly sealed. On rare occasions, this particular packaging may get cracked or damaged in transit. If you order these products, we do not accept responsibilty for any damages as the product is perfectly sealed inside.
