All goods listed on the site are in stock and ready to dispatch unless otherwise stated. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Any orders received before 2.00pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 2.00pm, it will be dispatched the following day, except Friday, where the goods will dispatch the following Monday. All orders are next day delivery but please allow 1 to 2 days in case of unforeseen circumstances. If your order does not arrive within 5 working days, please notify us immediately. Goods will be dispatched with DPD Couriers and the charge for this is €5.50 regardless of size or weight. This is a priority service which has a tracking number. You must be there to sign for your goods, the driver will normally call you first to make sure you are there. If you cannot be there to sign for your goods, you may nominate another delivery address. You may also collect your order in person. To do this, just place your order as usual online, select the collect in person option, then give us a call on 091 725 585 to arrange a time that is convenient for you to collect. Returns

Stuff4cakes.ie, will accept the return of most products up to 2 weeks after date of order. (Edible products are exempt from this policy). We will only accept return of goods which remain in original packaging and which are returned in a re-saleable condition. Once the item is received, we will refund the value of the goods. The customer covers all P&P costs. The exception is, of course, if the item is faulty or incorrect in which case we will be happy to exchange it or offer a refund at our expense and reimburse the customer any return P&P costs.
