Rainbow Dust Glycerine
Rainbow Dust Glycerine is an odourless, viscous liquid used as a softener for Royal Icing or a sugar substitute and can also be mixed into chocolate to thicken it for piping work.
Baking tip: to make your sponge cakes extra moist, add 1/4 teaspoon of glycerine for every egg used in the recipe. It won't affect the taste but will prevent the texture from being too dry.
