PME Piping Gel 

A versatile clear gel that can be added to royal icing for smooth piping that doesn't 'snap'.

It can be used for the following:

• Adding a little blue colouring to make 'water' effects.

• Add other colours for 'stained glass' effect .

• Mix with gold or silver lustre for coloured piping .

• Add flavouring concentrates to make the piping tasty .

• Mix 2 parts gel with 1 part water for a glaze .

• Use neat gel drops for dew on flowers or raindrops.

• Use with stencils for the base for adding sugar sparkles, glitter, dusts etc.

Ingredients: Water, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Carrageenan E407), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid E330, Lactic Acid E270, Sodium Lactate E325), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate E202
