Simpy Making Clear Piping Gel 1kg

A versatile clear gel that can be added to royal icing for smooth piping that doesn't 'snap'.

It can be used for the following:

• add a little blue colouring to make 'water' effects.
• add other colours for 'stained glass' effect .
• mix with gold or silver lustre for coloured piping .
• add flavouring concentrates to make the piping tasty .
• mix 2 parts gel with 1 part water for a glaze .
• use neat gel drops for dew on flowers or raindrops.
• use with stencils for the base for adding sugar sparkles, glitter, dusts etc.
• attaching sugarpaste to dummies.

Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Water, Sugar, Gelling Agent E406, Acidifier: E330, Preservative: E202.
