Home Bakers Sugar Paste is hand crafted, artisan made and perfect for all types of cakes including deeper, muti-tiered cakes!

The paste is produced using an ultra fine sugar which creates a porcelain like finish with a subtle vanilla flavour.

The paste will not crack, craze or form elephant skin when used correctly and is ideal for modelling!

The product must be massaged to distribute the oils and invigorate the gum before use. This will enable the paste to be rolled so thin you can cover more cakes per kilo!

Ingredients: Sugar 83%, Glucose, Water, Glycerine, All Vegetable Oil Blend, Mono-Diglyceride E471, Gum Tragacanth E413, Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Flavouring, Preservative; Potassium Sorbate E202.
