2.5kg Renshaw Covering Paste - White

A white ready to use covering paste. Specially formulated for basic cake covering.

Covering Paste is softer in texture than Ready to Roll Icing to give a smooth finish to single tiered cakes.

Great for use on small and shallow cakes, and cupcakes. Sheeting on a pastry break, tray bakes and covering cake boards.

Can be coloured with a food colouring gel or paste colour.

Instructions: Knead until pliable, and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Humectant: E422, Emulsifier: E471, Stabiliser; E466,  Preservative: E202, Flavouring.

Allergy Advice: Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free. Made in a factory that handles NUTS. Glucose derives from wheat but does not contain gluten.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap paste in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
