Cake Duchess is a renowned cake artist based in the Netherlands & the creator of this fantastic modelling paste.
This modelling paste is naturally very firm, and doesn’t require any tylose powder or CMC powder. As such it stays in shape once moulded, doesn’t sag at all, and also has a very shiny and smooth texture, even after modelling for an hour!
With a super white appearance, it is a brilliant paste to start off with, but also extremely easy to colour with gel pastes.
Ingredients: Sugar (67%), glucose syrup, vegetable shortening (palm kernel, palm), invert sugar syrup, water, emulsifier (E471), stabiliser (E415), flavour (milk), stabiliser (E415).
Dietary Advice: May contain traces of soybeans, nuts, sulphites. This product is gluten-free.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap paste in cling film, and keep inside the tub provided.
