The Colour Splash food colouring gel in Latte is a smooth mid-brown colour that makes tasty cakes and decorations look even more delicious! This mid brown shade compliments chocolate or coffee cakes perfectly and is great for mixing with modelling paste to create cute sugar animals or woodland themed decorations.

To use, simply add a small drop at a time to sugarpaste, icing, buttercream, cake mix, modelling paste, royal icing or marzipan and mix until you achieve the desired shade. Just a small amount of these highly concentrated gels produces instant colour, making them a great long-lasting addition to kitchen cupboards!
