Rainbow Dust ProGels are professional gel food colours that are so highly concentrated that only need the smallest amount to give deep, rich colour to creations, meaning that our tubes last a long, long time!

Simply mix into your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream or batter and watch it transform into your desired colour.

ProGels can be used for the colouration of sugarpaste, marzipan, royal icing, pastillage, buttercream, sugar flowers, macaroon mixes, cake mixes & more.
