It's straight edges mean you can get crisp, clean lines when decorating with fondant icing.

The dummy can be iced using a variety of different mediums including fondant/sugarpaste, buttercream, royal icing and can be used with modelling paste and modelling chocolate.

The dummy can be washed and reused.

Made from EPS 100 polystyrene, the dummy is more compressed making it much easier to cut with a serrated knife if you wish to carve it to your own specifications.
