This mould allows you to create the amazing effect of Buttercream Flowers in Sugarpaste and Fondant!
Giving you Eleven flowers and leaves to play with, you too can make stunning flowers in no time.
Large Daisy, (can also be used as a Sunflower) Small Daisy, Ranunculus, Blossoms, Apple Blossom, Pansy, Leaves, Rose, Large Rose Bud, Medium and Small.
Sugarpaste is less tempermental than buttercream, allowing you to transport your cakes easily and to work in various temperatures.
It also allows you to make your flowers in advance and store away until ready to use.
All Karen Davies original design moulds are made in their factory in the UK and independently tested in Germany to assure compliance to the highest food standards.
Karen Davies’ moulds can be used with Sugarpaste, Flower paste, Marzipan, Modelling paste, Chocolate, Candy, Boiled Sugar, Saltdough, Air Drying Clays, Cold Porcelain and Embossing Powder.
