Important Delivery & Dispatch INFO
IMPORTANT: We are running way behind after the Bank Holiday, this week will be the single busiest day of the year, so please allow an extra day or two if your order is in after Sunday. Please allow an extra day for dispatch, especially if you have an order in over the weekend or early in the week and if you have custom images. Cut Off Time for Same Day Dispatch Will vary from day to day. It is impossible to predict the volume of orders. We pack as many as possible & always do our best for you. If your order is Urgent, please let us know by EMAIL ONLY & we'll do our best to get it out. If your order does not arrive within 2 days after dispatch, please do contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number.

We are open 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. You can also Click & Collect but: PLEASE NOTE: We are a warehouse only. We have a reception area where you can collect or place your order, we do not have a shop for browsing.

Pricing Up and Down
Price Drops on - Fractal Colours Airbrush Colours, Rainbowdust Tylo Powder & Metallic Paints, Sugarflair Oil Colours 30ml, Colour Mill Drips. ( When we get a price drop, it will be passed on immediately) No let up on Belgian Chocolate price increases! For the 2nd time this year, Belcolade have increased prices effective from 2nd April. You will see new pricing in description as usual and prices will only go up when current stock is gone. Callebaut is also going up, but not until May (looking like a 20% increase) We will give you plenty of notice with new pricing and will have stocked up in advance to give you at least 2 months warning. Huge price increases on Renshaw, small 250g packs gone up and some prices on white 2.5kg are so big, we can no longer stock these products. Their 2.5kg colours are also unavailable atm.
